Tony took his love of tinkering with automotives in high school and focused it towards a Masters in mechanical engineering. Upon graduating he was offered a position as adjunct professor at New Jersey institute of technology were he instructed various mechanical design and laboratory coursework. Driven by the urge to create, he left the institute to take a position as mold designer were he mastered the art of design for manufacture. This experience along with a strong educational background gave Tony the foundation to venture out on his own. In 1996 he joined Tri-Power Consulting to form Tri-Power Design, the mechanical division of Tri-Power Consulting. What started as a one man division has grown into a full fledged design, engineering and manufacturing company. With more than 15 years of design and manufacturing experience, he leverages this experience to develop innovative out-of-the-box cost effective solutions. He holds several patents and his work can be found throughout the medical, industrial, and consumer markets.   When he is not at work, he is busy working on home projects and a muscle car restoration.

Michael is a founding member of Tri-Power Consulting Services, the parent company of Tri-Power Design and was a born leader even during his academic years working towards his Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in the early 90s. Mike always knows how to make the tough decisions and has a gift for making the right choices at the right time. He knows what it takes to manage resources and project goals to achieve results every time. Mike has targeted experience in the power industry as a project controls engineer and project engineer. He also is a great out of the box thinker and has developed many products and product designs that have become a growing part of Tri-Power success stories that demonstrate Tri-Powers capabilities and have proved that a design house can generate successful ideas internally based on a synergy of ideas. Using his unique knack for what kinds of things people need and also what design is most likely to be a winner Mike has developed several products and currently has a patent pending on a revolutionary design for special stud mounts that are used with animal shoe fixtures.

Robert, another founding partner of Tri-Power Consulting Services, the parent company of Tri-Power Design, began his advancement in the field of engineering with a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in the early 90s. During college and throughout his professional career Robert has always been know for his ability to innovate, inspire and motivate others with the goal of achieving success in the projects he has lead. He talks the talk and walks the walk by applying sound engineering principles using his toolkit of engineering problem solving skills. His industry experience in managing projects for the utility and electric power industry has proven to be a powerful asset to Tri-Power Design when engaged in larger projects. Even on his free time, Robert looks for new ideas and often travels to countries around the globe looking for innovations to bring back to Tri-Power.
