metrokane Corkscrew

A design collaboration with Pollen Design, an award winning NYC design firm who leads in innovative product designs in the housewares industry, brought about this interesting project. The client, Metrokane known for the famous rabbit corked bottle opener which is now imitated around the world, wanted a simple improvement to an already familiar device. One where speed is always the goal, especially when it comes to opening that first bottle of fine wine. Challenges were met by Tri-Power Design not just in engineering support but also in prototyping.
